Mobile Wellness Clinic

Pain Relief Depot Mobile Wellness Clinics are designed to educate and support underrepresented groups. Each mobile module is a unique introduction to bodywork that reduces stress and promotes wellbeing.

Introduction to Bio-Touch
Bio-Touch is a holistic health approach to alleviate pain and stress and support good health through all stages of life. This module teaches the headset and the greeting. Participants practice on one another with the instructor's guidance.

Introduction to Hand Reflexology
Similar to massage, Hand Reflexology promotes relaxation. In this module, participants learn and practice 10 points that help promote a sense of calm throughout the body.   

Introduction to Foot Reflexology
Pain relief, nerve stimulation, blood flow, and migraine relief can be achieved through Foot Reflexology. In this module, participants learn the foot map of reflexology and how to stimulate the points the help tight shoulders and muscle cramps.
